(Amira is a commerical package for
visualization, developed at ZIB.)

that you can use. Might be unstable and/or need frequent
upgrades/reinstallation.
- OpenDX
(OpenDX is free software and can be installed
under Linux..)
- IsoView
(IsoView is free software and can be installed
under
Linux. It is also installed on all SGI machines at AEI and maintained
by Thomas Radke.)
- Xgraph
(Xgraph is available on most AEI machines, and
the source
code can be compiled under Linux.)
- ygraph
(A home-made alternative to xgraph, giving
better control
over animations.)
- HDF5 Hierarchical Data Format (version 5)
(HDF5 is being developed at NCSA. It is free
software
and can be installed under Linux. It is also installed on all DEC and
SGI
machines at AEI and maintained by Thomas
Radke.)
